GOODS IN WARRANTY

Most electronic equipment is covered from defects associated under normal use for the period of 1 to 3 years from the Invoice date. In the event the product fails under warranty it may be brought to Pullen Electronics Service Centre. Many products also are covered by an on-site warranty, in this case the vendor may organise a courier to be sent out to collect the goods and/or issue a replacement.

Our Warranty Policy

When making a warranty claim, your product must be returned directly to Pullen Electronics Service Centre along with a copy of your proof of purchase.

The majority of goods sold by GM Multimedia' Just Monitors are covered by a manufacturer backed 3yr limited warranty. For warranty enquires please contact GM Multimedia or the manufacturer.

GOODS OUT OF WARRANTY

All repairs carry a fee payable in advance at time of booking. That fee is deducted from total repair cost if repair is carried out. It is not refundable if repair not fixed.

Note: Jobs will be repaired up to the repair limit without consultation and the estimation fee will be deducted from the total cost, if the job exceeds the repair limit then the customer will be contacted with an estimate and then the estimate fee will be deducted from that total charge. If unit is not repaired, estimate fee is not refundable to cover costs.

Our Warranty Policy

We give a full 90 day warranty on all parts and labor. Should another fault occur during that 90 days and is not related to original problem, any further charge will be reviewed by management, and discussed for the benefit of all concerned.
