Q: What brands of equipment does Pullen Electronics repair under warranty?

A: Benq, Mitsubishi, Pioneer, Sharp and Sanyo.

Q: What brands of equipment does Pullen Electronics repair out of warranty?

A: All brands, with a few exceptions.

Q: What type of equipment do you service.

A: LCD Monitors and tv, CRT tv, Videos, DVD, Microwave Ovens, Limited Audio Products.

Q: On charge repairs, how do I pay?

A: We accept all major credit cards as well as direct deposits.

Q: What is your turn around time on repairs?

A: Normally 1 to 2 working days with exception of spare part supply.

Q: How do I log a service request?

A: By calling us on 03 9889 3798 or book online here; Online Booking Form.

Q: What are your hours of business?

A: 8.30am till 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Q: Do you charge an estimate fee?

A: For all units out of warranty we have a $55.00 pay in advance estimate fee.That fee comes off repair cost if the unit is repaired.

Q: How much warranty is given on out of warranty repairs?

A: We give a 90 day warranty on all parts and labor for work carried out.

Q: Do you do repairs on site?

A: Where possible we repair large units on site. A service call fee will apply.
