Allan
and Sylvia Pullen established Pullen Electronics in 1973 and
repaired just about everything that plugged into a power point,
and
of course things that were battery operated. Since that time
we have been repairing Electronic Equipment and have
seen
many
changes
in
the industry.
Our First major client
was AWA, who later changed to Mitsubishi. We are still
their largest repairer in Melbourne. In 1977 Pioneer Electronics
asked us to join their team, and we are now their oldest
service agent in Victoria. As years passed by, we took on board
Sharp
Electronics and Sanyo Australia.
In early 2000, the Benq company
started in Australia and of course we have now became
their largest service agent in Melbourne. In 1992 our son, David
Pullen was hired as
an apprentice and after 4 years became Apprentice
of the year at RMIT for Television Servicing.
The Pullen Electronics team have
a total of 127 years experience in the industry. Allan
Pullen is now semi-retired
and looks after the accounts at home, whilst
David Pullen is the General Manager.
